Mild dehydration - when body loss 3-5% of body water. Mild dehydration - weight usually loss around 3-5kg skin pinched spring back .

Moderate dehydration -when body loss 6-10% of body water.In moderate dehydration client appear irritability and thirsty ,heart rate and respiration fast ,pinched skin tents briefly ,dry mucus membrane and slightly sunken fontanel.

Severe dehydration - when body loss more than 10% of body water.Client appear lethargic and weak , capillary filling delay ,deep and fast respiration and pulse , hypotension,parched mucus membrane and sunken fontanel.
