Desired outcome

• Verbalize understanding of procedure going to be done and its pre operative care
• Correctly perform pre operative measures
• initiate necessary life style changes after sugery

2. Fear and anxiety related to surgery as evidenced by facial tension,restlessness,increased tension etc

Desired outcome

• Verbalize relaxed and able to rest and sleep
• Report feeling calm
• Do actions without fear and anxiety
