1. WHAT IS MEANT BY COMPLIANCE? The word compliance means to fill up or to complete an action. WORKING HOURS : refers to the period of time that an individual spends performing paid occupational labor. EXAMPLES OF COMPLIANCE IN NURSE CONSECUTIVE WORKING HOURS: Employees are entitled to take consistent breaks to prevent exhaustion and fatigue. For instance, if the staff works for 6 hours, they must be provided with 30 minutes break or rest. 2. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED WITH HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS/ PATIENTS AND HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS: a) They often challenge with multiple illness conditions that require medical management and sometimes part of their behavior can be attributed to drug interactions or side effects. b) fatigue c) sleeplessness d) mental illness
