9mg/kg/day = 9 X 30 = 270 mg/day

Formula for calcualting medicaiton dose =

Desired dose = 270 mg/day

Availabe dose = 90 mg

Quantity = 5mL

Therefore the nurse has to administer 15 mL/day.
