2.Collecting information on the same- information, fact sheets, data regarding your decision how it will work out for your problem

3.Identification of alternative decisions - Identifying various other ways of decisions to solve your problem

4.Evaluation of evidence- Collecting evidences, research works, fact sheets for all the possible decisions

5.Selection of decision among alternatives- According to the evidence collected, choosing the best alternative solution for the problem

6.Execution- Executing the decision you have selected for your problem

7.Review of decision- Evaluate the effectiveness of your decision.

All the steps are essential inorder to make your decision successful.
