Answer #1

People often leave jobs by giving various reasons like money, working hours, location, lack of interest, etc. But many efficient leaders have found that the biggest reason for employees jump ship is their working environment. That may include mainly the characteristics of leaders and other factors. Researchers have found that nine out of ten job changes occurs due to poor leaders.

If employees are comfortable with the leaders they will adjust to other factors. The proper leadership can minimize the employee turnovers. People often love to work in a place where their work is worthwhile, recognized and where they can make a difference. They need to be appreciated and recognized. Where the organization commits to excellence, it formulates a culture where employees want to work.
