Autoimmune disorder is a disorder in which individual develops antibodies of their own cells. these antibodies attached to self antigen and begin attacking the individuals tissues. Due to this inflammation as well as tissue necrosis occurs.

Psoriasis is a chroninc skin disorder results in patches of thick red skin covered with the silvery scales. In this process T-Cells of immune system gets hyper active which causes epidermal infiltration and Keratinocyte proliferation that results in deregulation of inflammatry process.

The cells in basal layer of the skin divide quickly and newly formed cells move rapidly to skin surface and they became evident as profue scales.

The Psoriatic epidermal cells travels from basal layer of the epidermis to the stratum corneum of the skin surface within 3 to 4 days..
