Answer : Chariopractors are the practitioners who are trained for chriopractic care however do not have medical degree. Here are the three basic principles of evidence based practice in reference to chariopractic management of pediatric ptients:

1. Chriopractic practitioner should sole manage the case by himself.

2. Co management of the case is permissible under specific conditions suc as if te parents request for the same, if the patinet is not showing improvement, if there are any co morbidities that can't be managed by the chariopractic practitioner.

3. Charipractic practitioner should refer the case immediately to another licensed medical doctor or healthcare practitioner if there are red signals shown the the child.
