1.When it is used in juvenile animals some abnormalities of cartilage were reported in joints like hip and femoral bones.so it is note recommended in children as it may create problems in childrens weight bearing bones.this may create serious health issues in future.

2.Ivermectin is especially used in peadiatric patient inorderto treat scabies and pediculossis.certain parasitic roundworm infections are also treated with this medication.

Parents should be aware about the side effects of medication such as diarrhoea,vomitting,headache etc.tell them to contact doctor if any symptoms of allergies noticed.

3.macrolides are used in treatment of   high bacterial infections such as group A pneumococcal and streptococcal infections.
