Palpation : respiratory rate: count the number of respiratory rate with hands on chest, and movt of chest with respiration. , it will be 18
Chest expansion: measure the expansion of chest with inspiration. It will be 3cm
Movt of chest: comparing the movement of chest bilaterally, it will be equal on both sides
Percussion of chest : you can find out the borders of heart, you will get dullness note on cardiac borders. The lung fields you will get tympanic note as it is filled with air, no signs of consolidation.
Auscultation: all the lung fields, with equal air entry.
No sounds of wheeze if not asthmatic.
If consolidation there will be decreased air entry to that lung area.
