Madeleine Leiningers is the cultural theory in nursing also called cultural care diversity and universality. Its two concepts are below :

Environment

• Fourth concept of theory the term usrd environmental context.
• It include events with meaning and interpretation

It is given in a particular physical ecological, sociopolitical or cultural setting.

Person

• The term person is too limited and culture bond to explain in nursing.
• Concept of person doesnot exist in every culture.
• Nurse sometimes use person to refer to families, groups, communities and collectives.
