1) It is important to know the role for mainly these reasons:- a) To know the part to do in the hospital.

b) To know the duties to be performed.

c) To understand the responsibilities that has to be taken while performing the part.

For example, a nurse has to know the role or part of a nurse in a hospital, her or his responsibilities and duties such as interaction with patients and their family members, proper medicine administration and so on.

2) A lot of changes occured in the healthcare system over the past few years. Lots of investments occured in healthcare, enormous technology have been introduced. Lots of social involvement occured which is a vast topic. Many acts and policies have been introduced such as the most recent affordable act.

3) It is important to know their viewpoints in order to improve the faults or praise the benefits. Without them the hospital will collapse and without their support it is nothing. There should always be a try to meet all their negative points so that they don't get away from supporting the hospital.
