1)Stress-

Nowdays in busy life shedule many people are suffering from the stress and depression.which may leads to serious diseases like anxiety,mania.also the cummulative stress may be leads to the hypertension, diabetics,physical disability and chronic and psychological disorder.

2) unbalanced diet-

Due to busy life shedule many people not focus on the balence diet.balenced diet include the all nutrition involved in diet.due to unbalanced diet complications like osteoporosis, hypertension ,gall stones are arises.

3) smoking-

Generally the adult person are smoker and having habbit of smoke which can leads to various life thretining disease repeated to respiratory arrise.generally smoker having leads to diseases like asthma, COPD.

4) Alcoholic-

Consumtion of alcohol is leads to severe Problems.alcohole having able to destroy the gut wall.also have ability to destroy the liver.leads to severe disease like hypertension,hyperlipidemia,liver damage and kidney releated diseases.
