Answer #1

R is a programming language and a free programming software used for statistical programming and graphics support in the software and integration in the database

The impact of R programming in healthcare is significance is as it helps to execute the simple and repetitive tasks in healthcare and translate that into a script which can be used and statistically programmed and advanced analysis.

The following are the benefits and challenges of R as compared to other programming languages used in the health care industry:

Benefits of R language:

1. R language is widely useful in healthcare in fields of Bioinformatics, epidemiology, research in genetics for statistical analysis and study of data.

2. R language helps in lending the source control and provided easy compatibility to automation

3. Helps on reproducible statistical data analysis understanding the distribution and tabular analysis and converting them into to statistical diagrammatic representation and also help with interactive visualizations

4. the R language helps to easily find and fix the error in the large database and helps to work with large databases without the hassle and the statistical lag while offering free source of programming and software support.

5. As compared to excel and Qlick the language helps to tell a data story and widely helpful in clinical statistical analysis to represent a comprehensive and complete picture of the data set available

Challenges in R language:

1. The R language is based on much older programming language called as s due to which the data processing and related algorithms are not updated on par with other programming languages

2. The data handling is a issue due to physical memory storage used in all language structure

3. The other important aspect is the security concern the basic security framework of the R language as the native security is not up to the standards and needs to be reconfigured and customise according to the software and data analysis which the user is performing

4. the speed with which rate analysis is done in R language is quite slow and the spirit of packages in the R language are also a major challenge

5. R language to be used in healthcare and forward skill data analysis creates a problem because it is not one of the easiest languages to learn data analysis using R programming language. The statistical data analysis and the user friendly framework needs to be studied for a longer period of time in order to get an effective data analysis so the user friendliness needs to be e worked on and is a challenge in R programming language.
