Mechanism of action This acts by stopping the liver from glucose productions (gluoneogenesis) As a result the blood glucose is under control .Simultaneously it also stimulates the muscles and the skeletal system to use the glucose as a result the blood glucose level in the blood is brought under control When administered it generally binds to the Insilulin receptor namely thiamine kinase .In this two alpha domains are located in extracellular area and two catalytic beta domain in the intracellular region. This activates the other protein and ensures the glucose is uptake by liver ,adipose tissue and the muscles of skeletal system .So that the pH of this drug is maintained and keeping it under steady range This drug acts by stopping the CNS to reuptake the serotonin .As a result the neurotransmitters is blocked from the transmission of certain information. This controls the mood and stabilises it Thos acts very simply by the process of oncotic pressure. This draws the excess fluid by oncotic pressure from interstitial area .As a result the swelling is decreased
