Evidence-based practice means collecting, processing, implementing research findings to give the best care for the patient.

* Patient also have specific values,cultures as "practice based evidence" in Healthcare system.

* The patients give values for the systems in healthcare,so the practices and cultures in healthcare should take account of the patients values and cultures also. If not they may feel uncomfortable to come back to the hospital in any severe conditions also.

* By treating them with care and by taking account of their cultures and values may attract them to the hospital.
