Benefits of the tai chi are-

1- It will increase the flexibility of your body

2- It will help to improve your body balance.

3- It will relax your mind and reduce your stress and anxiety.

4- It can also help you in losing your weight.

5- It will improve your blood circulation in the body.

As it has many benefits as mentioned above, yes I can suggest it to the congestive heart failure patient.
