1. a) The interaction with your human contact was good. They welcomed me with a hot cup of coffee and were happy to talk to about the school and the students. The person introduced himself to me, also was very keen in knowing my opinions too.

a) Yes their tone was welcoming, Infact they were happy to talk about the school.

b) The were very transparent and clearly willing to talk about the school, they wanted to take feedback and apply those and make the process of teaching and schooling better.

c) They told me about the foundation, the motto being the school being built etc.
