The current condition of COVID-19 disease spread has left our public health approaches to be mainly focus on socio- ecological change strategies to control the transmissions. The model include multiple area of focus such as intrapersonal, interpersonal, community, social factors, organization and policy.

Individual - Interventions to alter the behavioral patterns of individuals is very necessary and shows greater impact on risk reduction and disease transmission. It include self-isolation and physical distancing.

Interpersonal - social stigma and social hierarchy are now unfolding in case of covid 19. It involves the comparison of morbidity and mortality among the elders and other groups. The intervention are mainly trageted on health care workers , community and social figures.

Organization - the intervention include proper maintenance of social distancing, sanitizing and maintainace of hygiene .

Community - Multiple level of interventions include messaging to promote social distancing and good hygiene behaviours at all public place . The closing of schools , university and other non-essential business services .provide a greater availability of sanitizing products is another interventions at community level.

Policy - Medicare policy are introduced during this pandemic. Cutting of health care cost . Proper dispensig of biosimilar drugs and therapeutically effective drugs in management of pandemic .Emergency legislative rescesses are the major interventions taken by the Californian government to stop the spread of covid-19
