•If nurse did anything wrong in her or his clinical area, should be take initiative to reduce the effect of it. Basically these are called nursing error.which are

•Medication error- Nurse made mistake with The medicine prescription ,administration , etc

•Identification error- Nurse made mistake in identifying the  patient .

•Patient fall- Patient fall is also major major mistake of nurses. Like Patient fall down due to improper bedding and due to not do up the side rails of the patient.

•Nosocomial infection- Nurses helps in the transferring the infection from one patient to anathor patient.It is also mistake of the nurse.
