I would like to work in an environment where there is

• good growth of career,
• healthy competitive environment,
• Evaluation based on performance without any bias
• Updating time to time with the world latest technology used

2. Reasons

• I am passionate in learning if there is growth only we can be more active and enthusiastic that will improve our growth personally and the company that we are working
• The competition should be healthy between the colleagues so that it maintains good health environment for the employees to work
• Whatever hard we work at the end it will be reflected through good increment , so that should be assessed without any bias.
• Regular update with the latest technology is more important bas world is moving very fast and if we want to be in competition or race of devoloping we should be updated
