Answer #1

The problem of overcoming, barriers to effective communication in the practice of nursing and medicine. I will address this issue by finding the causes of lack of effective communication, such as cultural differences and different languages. Then I will collect the data regarding the type of patient population that my healthcare organization is catering. I will ask the question; what is the language of the patient population in the area; which my healthcare organization is catering. Then I will design a quality or practice improvement project to address this problem by learning the languages of my patient population so that effective communication is established between the healthcare professionals and the patient.
