The interpreters are used to transilate the message which is spoken by the patient and the family members about the health condition ,The interpreter should be a trained person to understand different languages inorder to avoid difficulty in passing information between health care staff and the patient , To keep a interpreter does not required a patient permission ,because the interuption in language affect the treatment .The family members and friends are used to give the genreral information about the patient.
