The belmont report contains ethical principles and guidelines which is prepared by the National commission for the human subjects protection in biomedical and behavioral research. The research involves human subjects for gaining knowledge and innovating of new methods in the treatment of diseases often involves ethical problems. These ethical problems can resolve by using the guidelines and principles from Belmont report.

--The vulnerable populations like people in poor health , homeless population or racial minorities consider for the research human subjects. This report mainly based on the providing respect for human subjects like providing informed consent to all population, Beneficence in research involves the providing infromation of all risks and benefits happen due to that research and Justice to human subjects means in the research , all the population gets fair treatment without partiality .

--The vulnerable population involves in this research must have informed consent and should follow appropriate steps in the research.

--This population must first informed about the risks and the benefits about this research. The Belmont principles includes the minimization of risk involved in the research.
