colon,rectum ,pancreas,stomach ,oesophagus,breast,melanoma and lung

most common site is ;-

colon

good prognosis;- colorectal liver metastasis (it has more life expectancy when compair to noncolorectal carcinoma after taking adequate treatment)

poor prognosis;-noncolorectal carcinoma especially nonneuroendocrine tumors

-more ominous

-poor outcome when compaired with colorectal metastases

-neuroendocrine liver metastases are undergoing aggressive surgical resection because of poor response to chemotherapy

-more chance of reccurence
