1) Battle's sign - A reddish bruise formed by the accumulation of blood in the back portion of ear. This Battle sign is considered as a indicator of Head injury..

2) Raccoon Sign - Echymosis ( Bruising formed due to blood accumulation) formed i the periorbital area.. This sign indicate the presence of Head injury..

3) Rhinorrhea - Abnormal leakage of the Cerebrospinal fluid ( CSF ) from the nasal cavity..

4) Otorrhea - Abnormal leakage of CSF from the ear cavity..

Apart from these signs the following category or condition may indicate the presence of Head injury.. & indicate a need to contact with the provider..
( Decrease level of SPO2, Alteration of Conscious level,severe blood loss,Hematoma, sometimes Respiratory problem etc.. )
