Answer: The ethical issues creates major problem in the implementation of the change process in the organization. Ethical issues such as racial discrimination, gender inequality, wage inequality etc. These becomes hurdle in the implementation of change. It requires equal treatment, encouraging employees to accept the transition for the better future of the organization. Sometimes change might not be the good for each employees but altogether good for the organization. Hence the ethical issues creates major problem while Implementing the change. Some of the employees not willing to co-operate with the employers to accept the change.
