1-whenever we dealing with the patients it is important to assess the any barriers present in between the patient and caregiver then we should start at what kind of various barriers each of them .then we should identify what kind of barriers because the are different types of barriers like physical barriers ,psychology language barrier organisational structural barrier cross cultural barriers overcoming barriers these are the types of barrier and find out what kind of various exist in between them and make a solution based on it. for example if they have communication barrier find out a person who has able to manage both language like translator we can use to resolve this issue or if the patient has any any psychological issues give a consultation with a psychiatrist or psychologist therapist to identify the problem of the patient or if the patient has any cultural barriers to identify what it belongs to and treat them patient based on it.
2-it is as important as giving solution and also evaluate the outcome measure evaluate the outcome once we solve the problem and we should assess the patient again whether these solution help the the patient to overcome this barrier it still we should find other solution by discussing with patience for his relative and in a medical team.then again we can find out new and innovative solution to overcome this barrier because the initial primary goal is to maintain a good communication with patient without any sort of barrier.
