Convert 17000000mcg to mg

17000000mcg = 17000mg

Using unitary method :-

7000mg of Lasix is available in 6ml

1mg of Lasix is available in 6ml/7000mg

Then 17000mg of Lasix is available in 6ml/7000mg × 17000mg

= 14.5 ml of Lasix will be administered .

#. Total volume of 0.9% of NaCl is 500ml

Total time of infusion - 4.5hr = 270mins

Drop factor of infusion set - 20gtt/ml

Flow rate = Total volume /total time × drop factor

= 500ml / 270mins × 20gtt/ml

= 37.03gtt/min
