Retiring the residents who will notice a white tablet on the floor we talked to the the family members and also with patient of their count of medication to verify from where the medication fell to the floor.

Immediately discard of medication in a proper and well mannered without throw them into external environment.

Note :- Do not give to any patient if drug fell on floor because it will cuase medication error

And we know that negligence is not tolerated in healthcare matters.
