Frist we talk about ethics of nursing :-

1). Nonmaleficence:- Remain competent in the field and report suspected abuse .

2). Beneficence :- Take optimistic action to help other without harming ( A good desire).

3). Fidelity:- keep commitment based on virtue of caring .

4).Autonomy:- Respect patient's wishes even when yo not agree .

5).Justice :- Treat all patient equally and fairly.

@ Personally and professionally influencing me :-

Fidelity :- Trust is key of everything

Justice :- It helps to avoid bias

These two ethics personally favorite and also other is essential this is my personal opinion .
