As , RITUXIMAB can cause severe fatal , infusion related reaction .Severe reaction typically occured during the first infusion with time to onset of 30 to 120 minutes. That s why it is closely monitor the following patient ;- those with pre- existing cardiac or pulmonary conditions and those who are experienced prior cardiopulmonary adverse reaction and especially those with high numbers of circulating malignant cells like lymphoma ( above or equal to 25,000/mm3) .
