Examples of leadership role in church and community

Church

• To care the people who are their at church during prayer or other activities, when you care for people, they’ll be better leaders. They will last longer and endure more under your leadership.

• To Coach the people in church -Coaching is the gentle nudge of your leadership to get people back on track. Coaching is the side conversation that helps people see a better way or a different perspective. Coaching is helping people get better every day, rather than just when they mess up.

Community

• A few people in the neighborhood successfully organize to protest the cutting down of trees by the city
• A family member generates a plan to help a loved one to stop smoking, enlisting the support of other family members
