Uv rays both from either sun or artificial source on repeated exposure are very harmful repeated exposure can cause many problems like eye problems, vision loss, wrinkles, sunburns excetra.

Some ways of protection from uv rays are

1- stay in shade to avoid direct sunlight.

2- wear clothes to cover the body parts.

3- apply sun screan lotion on skin.

4-use sunglasses to protect the eyes.

5- wear brod brim hat to protect the face.

Ultraviolet radiations from sun or tanning hooth can cause many disease like.

Skin cancer, leathery skin, liver spots, actinic keratosis, and solar elastosis

Uv rays are teratogenic it can leads to some congenital malformation in fetus.
