According to World Health Organization the social determinates of health is defined as the condition in which the people born, grow, live, work and age. These circumstances are shaped by the distribution of money , power and resources at global , national and local levels.

Thses social determinants of health includes,

  • Availability of resources to meet the daily requirements eg: food, shelter etc.
  • Employment oppurtunities and training
  • Social rules and regulations
  • Exposure to social malbehaviours
  • Assess to education
  • Public safety
  • Support from the sociaty or community
