Innocence: innocence is lack of guilt, with respect to any kind . Crime and wrong doing. Innocence is to the legal guilt of individual, with respect to crime.

Professionalism assume a person to honest /integrity, respect and compassion to the patient . Professional Don't lie, cheat , or steal ,those can be trusted, professionals don't compromise Their values. Professional do always right even if it means taking hard road.professional also show respect for the people around them, no matter what their role or situation. So a professional must be assumed no guilty of doing something wrong .
