You are a pharmacist. You recently purchased a gross of an antibiotic from a secondary pharmaceutical wholesaler. A patient last week came in and said the pill tasted funny, and never dissolved. Concerned, you had the pill tested and found it was compressed drywall powder coated in highway paint.

Drugs we are considered as a dangerous weapon if it is not used in a proper way. if its found anything abnormality in its combustion action are taste or smell or in the package immediately we should not sell any e tablet or medicine in the same serial number/batch number and we have to report this to the manufacture or wholesale dealer and raise an incident report. Also inform the patient who was brought ask them to did not take that medicine , immediately return the medicine to the pharmacy and consult the doctor or directly consult a doctor with the prescribed medication so that doctor can assess the patient also raise the incident report
