Answer: The delegation is a kind of process in which the person having the authority transfer some of their task to another person. It can be explained as in the case where the manager assign the responsibility to the other person such as co- workers etc. It is called as delegation.

But in this case, the particular person who gives the authority Or delegates the task is soley responsible for the task. It means the person appointed or delegated is not responsible for the task but the individual who assigned the task is responsible.
