If we talk about the planning in the health and hospital so yes iam agree we that planning is not a useless exercise .it is tool to be used with caution

1- Just because having a good planning in the health and hospitals resolves many key issues helps in maintaining the good organization but yes it should be used with cause just because sometimes the things not worked accounting to our planning

2- It is important to know your planning where the company would like to go in the future, plan for the future also.

3- As healthcare planning is composed of many components . Like most businesses, hospital and healthcare institutions are operating in many level. Keeping a good plan with the caution lead to success.
