* Actual control is a person's feeling or belief that he/she has control over their inside state like behaviour, feelings, activities etc.

* Self-efficacy means it is a belief in once's innate abilities to perform an activity with determination and self confidence in spite of difficulties and lack of success.this will make a person to achieve their goal.
