The majority of fitness facility users are beginning and intermediate exercisers. Because these group of people want to get their training under some guidance as they require the most help. They should understand and first need to know their limits of exercise,running, lifting,push up etc they have to do. Because without having any knowledge if they continue to do exercise on their own there is a high probability they can do it wrong and even their health can be affected.
