The effect of sedentary / physical activity levels on body mass index. Distinguish the dependent and independent variables
1. BMI
2. Level of physical activity
3. Sedentary lifestyle

Answer #1

Answer: The effect of sedentary levels on body mass index includes increased BMI. It means a person not having proper diet, exercises have increased risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, chronic diseases etc. This causes increased BMI which is not good. Whereas in the case of the physical activities, it reduces the body fat content which automatically maintains normal BMI which is sufficient to stay healthy and fit.

BMI- Independent variables

Level of physical activity- dependent variables.

Sedentary lifestyle- dependent variables.
