Research one of the other 49 states' gun laws in America and compare it to Texas' gun legislation. which law do you think is better and why

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Texas is in the middle in terms of gun regulations. It is not that strict and not that easy to go. For example, if we compare Texas with Alabama, then Alabama has almost no restrictions in any way regarding having a gun. No license or background history is seen. Compared to this, Texas has restrictions in some cases while using long guns. Compared to both of them, California has more restrictions in gun laws. In Texas license is required for open carry of handguns and also in school campus whereas the same is not needed in Texas. Peacable journey laws are present in Texas not in Alabama. Texas also has castle doctrine laws.
