An adverse event can therefore be any favrouble and unintentionally sign and symptoms with the use of medical product ,may be it whether or not related to the medicinal product.

Preventable adverse event :-

For e.g :- Due to any medical error,

1).Coma due overdose of sedative.

2). kidney failure due overdose if diuretics.
