I recently purchased a car from your company. I am writing to this mail to give an honest feedback .first of all there are very few service centers in city.Due to which even if an complaint is being lodged, it takes a lot of time to resolve. There are lots of pending problems with car .The maintenance is also costly. The time taken to resolve, then the delivery of the vehicle, is also increasing day by day.
I request you to kindly increase the support staff at various centers, to have timely delivery of vehicles.This would also increase the customer satisfaction, and hence, the sales will also increase. Hope you will look into issue and get it resolved.
