Neurological system....... Purpose of PE is that it helps in catching disease at the earliest stage and helps to diagnose the problem eg Parkinson's disease .Subjective data= numbness, paresthesia, imbalance... Objective data = mask like face is observed , imbalance while walking

Male genitourinary system = purpose of the PE of this sytem is to identify any disorder and why are there sign and symptoms of the disease eg prostitis.. Subjective data= dribbling of urine, urinary incontinence, pain in back .. Objective data= PSA increased, digital rectal examination shows enlarged prostate

Female genitourinary system. Purpose of the PE is to find any abnormality in the system and helps in daignosis of the disease eg cervicitis subjective data = pain in back ,dyspareunia , yellow discharge objective data = wbc are elevated, on examination there is narrow tunnel etc
