The privacy and confidentiality of the patient are one of the major unethical issues in healthcare management in recent times. The conversation between the healthcare provider and the patient is private and confidential, as it contains information about the patient's medical condition.

In order to resolve the unethical issues in healthcare management, the provider should support the nursing code of ethics. The provider should create an environment where the conversation between the doctor and the patient should be clear and thrust worthy to keep the medical condition of the patient confidential.
