1. What causes of decreased preload of the blood?
Decreased preload of blood is due to decrease in venous blood pressure.
It is commonly occours from reduced blood volume in conditions like hemorrhage or gravity causing blood to pool in the lower limbs when standing upright. Impaired atrial contraction occoured from atrial arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation can also lead to decreased preload. It can also occours in conditions like hypovolemia.
Decreased after load and conditions like reduced ESV, increased SV, and can also leads to secondary decrease in preload .
Av valve stenosis is another condition leading to decrease preload of blood.
