  • Weight Control- Maintaining the weight of the tablet is the key to controlling its hardness
  • Scraper blade and die fill-The scraper blade is often overlooked as a item that wears, and should be replaced regularly.
  • The moisture content of your powder is also an important issue, too low or too high content affects the tablet hardness negatively

  • Hard tablet prevent proper dissolution of the tablet needed for an accurate dosage.
