Answer: During tablet compression, some of the tablets were found to have very high hardness because of several factors. The most important factor is the tablet press speed.

The high speed could led high hardness in some of the tablets. The another things is the graduation flow as well as the air in the powder increases the chances of hardness of the tablet.

The hard tablets have several disadvantages such as it takes more time to dissociate, uneven distribution of the medication, poor solubility etc.
